Common questions

What does "per licensed program" mean?

Each DHCS-licensed program location is billed separately. If you operate multiple programs, each has its own subscription. This keeps pricing predictable regardless of team size.

What happens after the trial?

After 7 days, you can continue with a paid subscription or your account will become read-only. Your data is never deleted.

What authorities do you support?

Currently California DHCS only. CARF accreditation is in progress. We're expanding deliberately to ensure accuracy.

Do you offer discounts for multiple programs?

Contact us if you operate 3 or more programs. We can discuss volume arrangements.
