Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Accrediguide ("the Service"), including any readiness reports, assessments, analyses, dashboards, tools, or related materials generated by the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Purpose of the Service
Accrediguide is a compliance readiness and organizational support tool. The Service is designed to help organizations organize information, track tasks, and assess preparedness relative to selected regulatory, licensing, or accreditation frameworks.
The Service does not:
- Provide legal advice
- Provide regulatory approval
- Guarantee compliance, licensure, certification, or accreditation
- Replace professional judgment, legal counsel, or direct guidance from regulators or accrediting bodies
2. No Legal or Regulatory Advice
All information provided by the Service, including readiness scores, gap analyses, mappings, and recommendations, is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.
Nothing in the Service constitutes:
- Legal advice
- Regulatory advice
- Clinical advice
- A formal compliance determination
You are solely responsible for interpreting and applying applicable laws, regulations, standards, and requirements to your organization.
3. Readiness Reports and Assessments
Readiness reports generated by the Service:
- Reflect only the data and evidence you provide
- Are limited to the scope, authorities, and requirements selected
- Represent a point-in-time snapshot, not a continuous or exhaustive evaluation
Reports are not certifications, not guarantees, and not official determinations by any licensing authority or accrediting organization.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree that you are responsible for:
- The accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all data, documents, and attestations you provide
- Ensuring your organization's actual practices align with submitted materials
- Verifying requirements directly with applicable authorities when necessary
- Maintaining compliance independently of the Service
The Service relies on user-provided information and does not independently verify factual accuracy unless explicitly stated.
5. Limitations of Automation and Interpretation
The Service may use automated processes, structured mappings, or analytical logic to organize and evaluate information.
You acknowledge that:
- Regulatory and accreditation standards may be interpreted differently by inspectors, surveyors, or regulators
- Requirements may change without notice
- Automated assessments may contain errors, omissions, or outdated interpretations
You agree not to rely exclusively on the Service for compliance-critical decisions.
6. No Affiliation or Endorsement
Accrediguide is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any regulatory agency, licensing body, or accrediting organization.
Use of authority names, standards, or frameworks is solely for reference and organizational mapping purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
- Accrediguide shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Service
- This includes, without limitation, damages related to licensing decisions, accreditation outcomes, regulatory actions, inspections, audits, or enforcement proceedings
8. No Warranty
Accrediguide makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or completeness of regulatory mappings
- Acceptance by regulators or accrediting bodies
9. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
